Founded by Marisol, who brings over 30 years of experience in the food industry, our business is rooted in traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, and a commitment to consistent quality.
We cater events of all sizes and styles, offering flexible menu options that range from appetizers and main dishes to desserts and specialty setups. Our goal is to simplify the planning process by handling your food service from start to finish, allowing you to focus on your guests and enjoy your event without added stress.

Want to try our food before booking us for your next event? Visit our food truck and experience our flavors firsthand! We’re proudly stationed at W359N5848 Brown St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, unless we’re out catering a special event.
Our food truck is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with hours subject to change due to weather conditions or catering bookings. We serve a wide variety of Mexican classics—from fresh guacamole and creamy cheese dip to sizzling steak fajitas, hearty gorditas, and sweet favorites like churros and fried ice cream.
During the summer months, we also offer picnic tables with umbrellas, giving our customers a comfortable outdoor space to sit back, relax, and enjoy their meal on-site.
